What lease terms are available?
We offer a 12-month lease, but
after the 12 months are up, it continues on
month-to-month until a 60-day notice is given.
We can also offer 6-month and 24-month leases
on some of our units. Call today for our

Can my pet live in a unit from
Thorp Realty Co?
Yes! We welcome most pets
into all of our homes for a monthly fee.
There are acres of open space for exercise, but
all pets must be on a leash.
What does a "Private Lake" mean?
Lake Pioneer is a private lake,
meaning only residents of the lake are allowed
to use the lake. There are no gasoline
powered engines allowed- row boats, paddle
boats, and electric motors are welcome.
There is great fishing on Lake Pioneer from the
bank, the dock, or the boat! The beach and
pavilion are for our residents and their
accompanying guests only!
What other bills will I have?
We do not include any utilities
in our monthly rent cost in order to keep the
price fair for everyone- you pay only for what
you use! The electric company is the
Village Of Pioneer, and on that bill comes flat
rate sewer, water, and trash pick-up.
What is available for phone,
internet, and TV?
Pioneer offers Verizon home phone
service, and Dish Network or DirecTV satellite
service. Verizon also offers DSL and we
are in the process of adding high speed wireless internet
at the lake.
